The MTY Rewards program ended on November 28, 2021.
You can transfer any unused points to a digital gift card from the participating MTY brand restaurant of your choice. You have 12 months to transfer these points before they expire on November 28, 2022.
To transfer your points, head to https://valentine.mtypoints.com/en/ and follow the instructions.
When you join the Valentine Privilege Club online or with the mobile app, you get a virtual membership card that’s automatically added in the Valentine mobile app.
If you would rather have a physical Valentine Privilege Club card, you can ask for one at any Valentine restaurant. Just use the number on the card to sign up online or on the app. Note that you have to sign up and enter your card number on the app in order to accumulate and receive free rewards.
Also note that any visits you accumulate on a virtual card cannot be transferred to a physical card.

No, you can only have one card registered in your account on the app but if your actual physical card is registered on the app, you can either use the real card or the virtual card etch time you visit a restaurant.

Points earned with the MTY Rewards program before November 29, 2021, cannot be carried over to the new Valentine rewards program. Instead, these points can be used toward a digital gift card from your favourite MTY brand restaurant.
To exchange your unused MTY points for a digital gift card, head to https://valentine.mtypoints.com/en/ and click on “Transfer My Points”. Just follow the instructions. You have 12 months to transfer your points before they expire on November 28, 2022.
As of November 29, 2021, all unused punches expire (whether or not there are enough of them to claim a reward). Punches do not transfer over to the new Valentine program and cannot be exchanged for a digital gift card.

No. Beginning November 29, 2021, MTY Rewards cards will no longer be accepted at MTY brand restaurants or websites. As of this date, each participating brand restaurant will launch its own rewards program. To join the Valentine’s new program, head to valentine.ca website and follow the instructions on the Valentine Privilege Club page.

There are 2 ways to join the Valentine Privilege Club: with the app on your phone or tablet or on our website. To join with the Valentine app: If you haven’t already downloaded the app, go to the Apple Store or Google Store and search for “Valentine”. Once you have downloaded the app, simply follow the signup instructions on the home screen.
To join online: Head to the valentine.ca website and fill out the signup form on the “Valentine Privilege Club” section of the site.
