As a Service Attendant at Valentine, no two days will be the same. You will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities: ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the quality of the food served, and keeping the premises clean will all rest on your shoulders.
Customer Service
Take orders courteously;
Manage takeaway and dine-in orders;
Communicate all important information to your colleagues;
Maintain the dining area: tables, dishes, floors, etc.
Food Preparation
Carry out pre-cooking tasks;
Clean your workstation and maintain kitchen equipment.
Cleaning
Clean the steam table at opening or closing;
Clean the grill and the fryer;
Keep all work areas clean to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
